Ingredients
- 2 Quorn Quarter Pounders
- 1 large double burger
- 1 brioche bun sliced in half
- Mozzarella
- Cheddar
- Romaine lettuce
- Sweet potato mash
- Bean sprouts
- Garlic mayonnaise
Method
- Grill or fry the Quorn Quarter Pounder by following the packaging instructions.
- Assemble the burger using the bottom half of the brioche bun, garlic mayonnaise, romaine lettuce, Quarter Pounder, cheddar, more lettuce and bean sprouts, sweet potato mash, Quarter Pounder, mozzarella, sweet potato mash, bean sprouts and more garlic mayonnaise. Top it with the second half of the brioche bun.
