Ingredients
- 50g (half a pack) Quorn Vegan Chicken Free Slices
- 50g (half a pack) Quorn Smoky Ham Free Slices
- 4 pitta breads
- 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise or vegan yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine Dijon mustard and vegan mayonnaise in a small bowl until well mixed
- Toast pitta breads, cut open and spread one side with the mustard mayo
- Stuff pittas with the Quorn Deli Slices, lettuce and tomato - top with a little salt and pepper and serve
