Pan fry Quorn Vegetarian Steak Strips with sweetcorn and red onion, then combine with a light cream cheese and BBQ seasoning before loading up your tortilla wraps for an indulgent, vegetarian Mexican dish.

Ingredients
- 150g Quorn Vegetarian Steak Strips
- 4 mini tortilla wraps
- 180g protein cheese
- 70g light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp BBQ seasoning mix
- 140g frozen sweetcorn
- 1 red onion, diced
- Spray oil
Method
- Put a pan on medium heat and spray with low calorie oil.
- Add the Quorn Steak Strips, sweetcorn & red onion into the pan and leave to cook for around 7 minutes.
- Add the BBQ seasoning and the light cream cheese into the pan and mix in. If this is too thick you can add a splash of water too.
- Put the steak strips mix into a separate bowl and add the tortilla wrap into the pan.
- Top with protein cheese and cover the pan with a lid and leave until the cheese has melted and the wrap has gone crispy.
- Once done, add in half of the steak strips mixture and fold the wrap in half.
- Repeat this process with the other wraps.
- Serve and enjoy!
