Black Bean Rice Bowl with Quorn Vegetarian Steak Strips
This super quick and easy Black Bean Rice Bowl with Vegetarian Steak Strips is a delicious mid-week recipe idea which only takes 15 minutes to make. Top with sesame seeds and spring onion for extra colour and crunch!

Ingredients
- 100g Quorn Vegetarian Steak Strips
- 100g peppers
- 15ml sesame oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 100g black bean sauce
- 1 pack of microwave rice
To garnish
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Spring onion (optional)
Method
- Slice your onion and peppers and add into a pan with the Quorn Vegetarian Steak Strips and stir fry for around 10 minutes or until cooked.
- Add in the rice and black bean sauce and continue to stir fry for a few minutes (until the rice is warmed through)
- Garnish with optional sesame seeds and chopped spring onion and enjoy!
