Ingredients

  • 300g Quorn Vegetarian Strips

  • 60g butter

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic granules

  • Salt & pepper

  • To serve:

  • Mashed potatoes

  • 200g tenderstem broccoli

Method

  1. Make the garlic butter by mixing the butter, minced garlic and chopped fresh parsley.
  2. Add half the butter to a pan on a medium heat, add in the Quorn Steak Strips and fry for 12 minutes (stirring constantly).
  3. Once these are cooked through, serve in a bowl with mashed potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
  4. Melt the rest of the garlic butter and drizzle over the Steak Strips, mash and tenderstem broccoli and enjoy!
