Ingredients

60g butter

4 cloves of garlic, minced

Chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp garlic granules

Salt & pepper

To serve:

Mashed potatoes

200g tenderstem broccoli
Method
- Make the garlic butter by mixing the butter, minced garlic and chopped fresh parsley.
- Add half the butter to a pan on a medium heat, add in the Quorn Steak Strips and fry for 12 minutes (stirring constantly).
- Once these are cooked through, serve in a bowl with mashed potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
- Melt the rest of the garlic butter and drizzle over the Steak Strips, mash and tenderstem broccoli and enjoy!
