Ingredients
- 4 Quorn Vegetarian Peppered Steaks (two packs)
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Method
- Cut potatoes into thick batons and toss in olive oil
- Cook the potatoes in the airfryer at 200 degrees for 40 minutes
- While chips are cooking cook the Quorn Vegetarian Peppered Steaks as per instructions adding a knob of butter on each in the last few minutes and season
- Serve with a large green salad and garlic aioli
