Ingredients

  • 4 slices Quorn Vegan Smoky Ham Free Slices
  • 4 slices bread
  • Vegan butter
  • 4 tsp red onion relish
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese, grated
  • 6-8 sundried tomatoes
  • Handful of spinach, wilted

Method

  1. Spread 1 side of the sliced bread with vegan butter to the edges, ensuring crusts are also covered
  2. Flip the bread and spread 2 tsp of red onion relish on one side. Layer with 2 slices of the Quorn Vegan Smoky Ham Free slices, followed by half of the grated cheese, 3-4 sundried tomatoes and half of the wilted spinach and the remaining slice of bread
  3. Add the toastie to a heated pan over a medium heat or under the grill. Toast until golden and flip to cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining toastie, slice and enjoy!
