Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Quorn Vegan Smoky Ham Free Slices
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Toast the bread slices, slice the tomatoes and then spread mayonnaise on the bread.
  2. Build your sandwich by adding the vegan slices, lettuce and tomato between the layers of bread. Add salt and pepper to taste.
