Cook from frozen. Remove outer carton and inner cardboard tray.
Do not remove film and leave metal end clips in place. Pierce the film around the roast at least 6 times with a sharp knife ensuring that the film is fully pierced. Preheat oven and a deep baking/roasting tray to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Cook on the middle oven shelf for 55 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and stand for 5 mins. Remove outer film and metal end clips, carve and serve.
