  • 300g Quorn Crispy Nuggets
  • 5-6 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch salt


  1. In a pan with shallow oil, pan fry the Quorn Crispy Nuggets until golden brown. This should take about 3 minutes on each side.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning over the nuggets OR place nuggets in a paper bag with the seasoning and shake for a bit of fun.

Pro tip: Add in some chili powder to the seasoning mixture for an extra kick!
