Ingredients
- 1 pack of Quorn Roast Beef Style Slices, roughly torn
- 4 slices of gouda
- 1 onion
- 4 bread rolls
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Finely slice your onion and then add into a non-stick frying pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and heat on medium for 8 minutes, or until softened and lightly caramelised.
- Meanwhile, toast your bread in a dry pan (or lightly oiled for extra crisp). Set the bread aside.
- When your onion is ready remove 4/5 of the pan, leaving a serving of onions. (You can store the others in the fridge)
- Layer the torn Roast Beef Style Slices on top of the onion, then layer the gouda. Cover with a lid for 3 minutes, or until melted. Slide the onion/beef/cheesy mix onto your toasted roll and enjoy!
