Ingredients
- Quorn Roast Beef Style Slices
- Quorn Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices
- 2 Eggs
- 100g Egg whites
- 20ml Almond milk
- 2 Slices of seeded bread
- 55g Cheese
- 2-3 Sprays of olive oil spray
- 10g Ketchup (reduced sugar & salt)
- Seasoning (salt, pepper or spice mix of your choice)
Method
- Add the eggs, egg whites, almond milk & seasoning into a bowl and mix together until combined.
- Coat both slices of bread in the mixture and leave to sit for 2 minutes so it has time to soak the egg mix up.
- Put a pan on medium heat and spray with oil.
- Add the bread into the pan and top with a lid. Leave to cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, top one slice with the Quorn Roast Beef and Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices and ketchup, and the other slice with cheese.
- Top the pan with a lid and leave for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
