Air Fryer Brunch Toast with Quorn Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices

This air fryer toast is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast, brunch or lunch ready in under 15 minutes! This delicious and easy veggie recipe uses Quorn Finely Sliced Ham Style and eggs for a dish everyone is sure to love. You could even swap out the Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices for leftover Quorn Sausages too.

Ingredients

  • Quorn Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 60g of cheddar cheese
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Siracha mayo (optional)

Method

  1. Chop your spring onions, red pepper and Quorn Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices into small chunks.
  2. Crack four eggs into a bowl and add in the salt, pepper and a pinch of chilli flakes. Whisk until combined.
  3. Add in the chopped spring onions, red pepper, grated cheese and Quorn Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices to the egg mix.
  4. Make some wells in the sliced bread with the back of a glass or cup. Pour the egg mix into the wells and air fry on 190 degrees for 7 minutes.
  5. Top with a drizzle of siracha mayo (optional) and enjoy!
