This recipe is so delicious! I usually make my flatbreads with a different recipe but these ones are very good as well :) The roast is difficult to shave with a vegetable peeler as it tends to rip or fall apart so I'd go for just cutting it thinly <3

So YUM!! Flatbreads took a little longer to cook, set off my fire alarm (woops!) and can’t really shred the quorn with a peeler, so just cut it. But really good!
