Cook from frozen. Remove outer carton & inner cardboard tray.
Do not remove film and leave metal end clips in place. Pierce the film around the roast at least 6 times with a sharp knife ensuring that the film is fully pierced.
Preheat oven and a deep baking/roasting tray to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7.
Cook on the middle oven shelf for 55 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and stand for 5 mins. Remove outer film and metal end clips, carve and serve.

Yes, you can freeze Quorn once it has been cooked. As long as your meal is cold before freezing and all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can keep it in the freezer for up to a month.
When you're ready to enjoy, simply defrost fully in the fridge and then cook it within 24 hours ensuring the food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Quorn is perfectly safe to reheat, so long as it has been kept nice and cool in the fridge and is eaten within 48 hours. Please ensure that the food is piping hot throughout before serving and remember, don’t reheat more than once.
The clips at each end of the Quorn Roast packaging should prevent excessive leaking when cooking, however on occasions where the clips are a little loose, your Roast may leak a little.
