
Sesame Glazed Quorn Ball Vegetarian Skewers with Chilli Noodles

Optional side salad with vinaigrette ingredients:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the Quorn Swedish Style Balls all over until golden brown.
Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute, then pour in the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano and chilli flakes (if using), then simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Take the pan off the heat and stir in half the basil.
Split the rolls down the middle and spread the insides with the sauce. Nestle four Quorn Balls inside each roll, and top alternate balls with mozzarella.
Cook under the grill until the cheese melts, then garnish with basil and vegetarian parmesan.
