This is the best sweet & sour I've ever had, better than any I've ever had from a restaurant or takeaway.

Delicious and easy to do, but definitely only feeds 4 people. I would add extra courgette next time or other veg.

This was really easy to make. It was a little sweet for my liking, but I will certainly make it again with slightly less sugar and more veg.
