Ingredients

  • 1 pack Quorn Vegetarian Chicken Slices
  • 1 pack Quorn Cocktail Sausages
  • 1 block of halloumi
  • 1 loaf of bread - 10 slices needed
  • Packet of tortilla chips
  • 6 salad tomatoes
  • 1 head of lettuce

Method

  1. For the Quorn Chicken & Halloumi Club Sandwich, lightly toast 10 slices of bread then add a layer of mayonnaise onto five slices.
  2. Fry the halloumi until golden in 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil over a medium heat. This should be for around 6 minutes.
  3. Assemble your sandwich by adding a layer of sliced tomatoes, lettuce, Quorn Vegetarian Chicken Slices, halloumi and then close with the other slice of toast.
  4. Slice in half diagonally and wrap in foil ready for your picnic!
