Ingredients
- 1 pack Quorn Vegetarian Chicken Slices
- 1 pack Quorn Cocktail Sausages
- 1 block of halloumi
- 1 loaf of bread - 10 slices needed
- Packet of tortilla chips
- 6 salad tomatoes
- 1 head of lettuce
Method
- For the Quorn Chicken & Halloumi Club Sandwich, lightly toast 10 slices of bread then add a layer of mayonnaise onto five slices.
- Fry the halloumi until golden in 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil over a medium heat. This should be for around 6 minutes.
- Assemble your sandwich by adding a layer of sliced tomatoes, lettuce, Quorn Vegetarian Chicken Slices, halloumi and then close with the other slice of toast.
- Slice in half diagonally and wrap in foil ready for your picnic!
