Ingredients
- 2 Quorn Brilliant Bangers - Vegan Sausages
- Scrambled OGGS (plant-based egg alternative)
- 2 potato waffles
- 30g vegan cheese
- ½ tin of beans
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Cook your Quorn Brilliant Bangers and potato waffles according to pack instructions. Chop your Brilliant Bangers into small bitesize pieces.
- Add your plant-based egg alternative to the pan and fry, stirring well until cooked. Add salt & pepper if desired. Meanwhile heat up your beans.
- Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut a small slice halfway into your wrap.
- Assemble your vegan breakfast wrap by adding all the ingredients into each quarter and folding each time.
