Ingredients

  • 2 Quorn Vegetarian Sausages
  • Scrambled OGGS (plant-based egg alternative)
  • 2 potato waffles
  • 30g cheese
  • ½ tin of beans
  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Cook your Quorn Vegetarian Sausages and potato waffles according to pack instructions. Chop your Vegetarian Sausages into small bitesize pieces.
  2. Add your plant-based egg alternative to the pan and fry, stirring well until cooked. Add salt & pepper if desired. Meanwhile heat up your beans.
  3. Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut a small slice halfway into your wrap.
  4. Assemble your vegetarian breakfast wrap by adding all the ingredients into each quarter and folding each time.
  5. Enjoy!
