15-Minute Quorn Sausage Stroganoff
This easy, budget-friendly quick Quorn Sausage Stroganoff makes a delicious, fuss-free family dinner and is a great alternative to sausage casserole. Our easy vegetarian sausage stroganoff is packed with flavour. Quorn Sausages and sundried tomatoes are cooked in a creamy stroganoff sauce which is smoky from the paprika, with a warming heat from mustard.
Serve your sausage stroganoff with rice, potatoes and vegetables. This filling family dinner is ready to serve in 15 minutes, so it’s ideal for those busy weekdays.

Ingredients
- 8 Quorn Vegetarian Sausages
- 10 sprays low calorie cooking spray
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 200g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 200ml vegetable stock
- 150g light crème fresh
- 1 tsp. wholegrain mustard
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 5g flat leaf parsley, chopped
To serve (optional):
- Wild rice instant pouch
- Cavelo nero
Method
- Place a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the cooking spray and fry the Quorn Vegetarian Sausages and onion for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes.
- Remove the sausages from the pan and slice before popping the sliced sausages back into the pan.
- Add the flour, paprika, stock, crème fresh and mustard. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, add the juice from half a lemon and garnish with chopped flat leaf parsley.
- Serve with wild rice and cavelo nero (optional).
