Ingredients
- 8 Quorn Brilliant Bangers, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 700g arrabbiata sauce
- 150ml single cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 500g penne pasta, cooked al dente and drained
- 100g grated mozzarella cheese
- Handful of fresh basil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C
- In a deep, oven-proof frying pan, sweat the onion and garlic in olive oil over a low-medium heat for 10 minutes. Increase the heat and add the chopped Quorn Brilliant Bangers and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Add the arrabbiata sauce, cream, cooked pasta, salt and pepper and stir through to combine.
- Top the dish with the mozzarella and basil. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Serve hot from the pan and enjoy!
