Caught Snackin's Quorn Sausage One-Pot Pasta with Tomato & Mozzarella

Made with Quorn Brilliant Bangers - Vegan Sausages

  • 8 Quorn Brilliant Bangers, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • 700g arrabbiata sauce
  • 150ml single cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500g penne pasta, cooked al dente and drained
  • 100g grated mozzarella cheese
  • Handful of fresh basil


  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a deep, oven-proof frying pan, sweat the onion and garlic in olive oil over a low-medium heat for 10 minutes. Increase the heat and add the chopped Quorn Brilliant Bangers and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  3. Add the arrabbiata sauce, cream, cooked pasta, salt and pepper and stir through to combine.
  4. Top the dish with the mozzarella and basil. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  5. Serve hot from the pan and enjoy!
