Cooking Instructions

Quorn Vegetarian Beef Roast (400g)

Cook from frozen. Remove outer carton and inner cardboard tray.

(oven) 55 MIN

Do not remove film and leave metal end clips in place. Pierce the film around the roast at least 6 times with a sharp knife ensuring that the film is fully pierced.

Preheat oven and a deep baking/roasting tray to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Cook on the middle oven shelf for 55 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and stand for 5 mins. Remove outer film and metal end clips, carve and serve.

CAUTION: Product, Film & Clips will be hot.

Once cooked, if you have any Quorn leftovers these can be stored in the fridge. Simply make sure they're cool, then cover and refrigerate.
