Quorn Vegan Pieces (280g)
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging - Guide for 1 pack only. For best results HOB cook.
HOB 12 MIN
Quorn™ Pieces are really convenient so you can cook differently with them. Simply heat your sauce (approx. 420g) then add frozen Quorn™ Pieces (280g). Stir, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
MICROWAVE 10 MIN
Place frozen Quorn™ Pieces (280g) in a microwavable dish. Add sauce (approx. 420g), stir, cover with film, pierce and cook at 800w. Stir halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Quorn foods have a vegan range which is suitable for those following a vegan diet. Products in the range include Pieces, Fillets, Breaded Nuggets and Hot & Spicy burgers. You can find out more about the range here.
The majority of the Quorn product range still contain a small amount of egg white or milk ingredients, so are not suitable for vegans. However, we are constantly investigating different ways to produce Quorn products to make them suitable for Vegans.
When you use Quorn products in homemade recipes like cottage pie, Bolognese, curry and chilli, they are perfectly safe to re-heat if they’ve been kept nice and cool in the fridge and are eaten within 24 hours. If you can resist them for that long!
If you have any leftover or extra portions from your Quorn recipes, you can easily freeze them. They’re great if you’re running late and need a quick meal on the go. As long as all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can store the dish in the freezer for up to one month. Always make sure the ingredients are cold before freezing. It’s a good idea to take them out of the freezer the night before, defrost them fully in the refrigerator, then cook them within 24 hours, making sure they’re piping hot before serving.
