Pizza and pasta combined in a one pot dish. What could be better? This hearty One Pot Pizza Orzo is an easy weeknight dinner idea. Orzo is cooked with Quorn Pieces and sweetcorn in a rich tomato and herb sauce before being topped with cheese and Quorn Pepperoni. You could add in any extra vegetables you’d usually have on top of a pizza too!

The dish is pizza meets macaroni cheese! It’s good c-o-m fort food. I don’t know what quantity a “jar” of tomato sauce was meant to be: I used a 390g chopped tomatoes carton blended with some tomato purée and mixed herbs.
