Amazing taste I make these with Sainsbury's wholemeal muffins as part of my Heb (SW ref), fried egg and ketchup

I make my own version of at least a couple times a week. I also use a quorn sausage pattie to make a burgerstyle roll. Mmmm yummy. 1 free range garden egg, 1 quorn sausage patty, a cheese slice and some ketchup. Fantastic for breakfast or lunch.
