Ingredients
- ½ pack of Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices
- 1 pack of ready roll pizza dough
- 100ml of pizza sauce/passata
- 200g grated cheese
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Heat treated flour or grated parmesan (optional)
- Edible cake decor eyes (optional)
Method
- Cut out your pizza dough and slice the sides, fill the middle with the Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices, pizza sauce, cheese and Italian herbs and wrap the sliced dough over to each side.
- Pop into the air fryer for 8-10 mins on 180 degrees or until the pizza dough is golden.
- Sprinkle with optional heat-treated flour/parmesan and add edible cake decor eyes for the mummy effect and enjoy!
