Ingredients
- 4 slices Quorn Vegetarian Turkey & Stuffing Slices
- 2 wholemeal bread rolls
- 2 tsp light mayonnaise
- 2 handfuls rocket leaves
- 2 tsp cranberry sauce
- Crinkle cut crisps (optional)
Method
- Slice each bread roll in half.
- Spread the top and bottom of each roll with mayonnaise.
- Add a handful of rocket leaves to the base of each roll.
- Top each roll with 2 Quorn Vegetarian Turkey & Stuffing Slices.
- Finish with a dollop of cranberry sauce and place the roll lid on top.
- Serve with crinkle cut crisps (optional).

Why not swap the cranberry sauce in this recipe for apple sauce for a change?
