Ingredients

  • 2 Quorn Vegetarian Fillets
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • ½ pack of frozen chips
  • ½ carton of passata
  • 2 tbsp medium peri-peri sauce
  • 60g grated cheese
  • Jalepenos, to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Fry off your Quorn Vegetarian Fillets for 5 minutes. Then add in your red onion and pepper and cook for a further 7 minutes. Meanwhile, cook your frozen chips according to pack instructions.
  2. Once your Quorn Fillets and vegetables are cooked, add in the passata and 2 tbsp medium peri-peri sauce and shred the Quorn Fillets with a fork.
  3. When the chips are cooked, pop them in the pan with the cooked Quorn Fillets mix. Toss in the sauce so the chips are covered.
  4. Add your sauce-coated chips to a oven-proof baking dish. Top with 60g of grated cheese and the jalepenos (optional).
  5. Finish under the grill for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
