Vegetarian Peri-Peri Quorn Fillet Loaded Fries

These fries are loaded up with delicious Quorn Vegetarian Fillets tossed in a spicy sauce for a deliciously fiery kick, inspired by your favourite Peri-Peri flame-grilled chicken! Can you take the heat?

Ingredients
- 2 Quorn Vegetarian Fillets
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- ½ pack of frozen chips
- ½ carton of passata
- 2 tbsp medium peri-peri sauce
- 60g grated cheese
- Jalepenos, to garnish (optional)
Method
- Fry off your Quorn Vegetarian Fillets for 5 minutes. Then add in your red onion and pepper and cook for a further 7 minutes. Meanwhile, cook your frozen chips according to pack instructions.
- Once your Quorn Fillets and vegetables are cooked, add in the passata and 2 tbsp medium peri-peri sauce and shred the Quorn Fillets with a fork.
- When the chips are cooked, pop them in the pan with the cooked Quorn Fillets mix. Toss in the sauce so the chips are covered.
- Add your sauce-coated chips to a oven-proof baking dish. Top with 60g of grated cheese and the jalepenos (optional).
- Finish under the grill for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
