Ingredients
- Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices
- 2 sandwich thins
- ½ a jar of pizza sauce
- 60g grated mozzarella and cheddar mix
Method
- Lay out your sandwich thins and top with the pizza sauce, grated cheddar and mozzarella mix and Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices.
- Pop these into your air fryer or under the grill for 4 minutes on 180°C (or until the cheese has melted).
- Serve and enjoy!
