1 x 300g pack Quorn Pieces

2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
-
2 tbsp. low salt soy sauce
-
1 tbsp. honey
-
1 clove garlic, crushed
-
Pinch chilli flakes
-
A drizzle olive oil
-
4 heads baby pak choi, halved
-
200g soba noodles
-
To garnish:
-
½ tsp sesame seeds
Method
- To make the sauce, place the ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic and chilli flakes in a small bowl. Add 50ml of water and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the oil to the pan. Add the Quorn Pieces and cook for 5 minutes stirring regularly.
- Add the prepared sauce and pak choi to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring regularly.
- Cook the noodles as per pack instructions. Drain and divide between 4 warmed serving bowls.
- Divide the Quorn Pieces Yakisoba between the 4 bowls.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
Chefs tip
Why not swap the pak choi in the recipe for tenderstem broccoli and the noodles for rice to give this dish a tasty twist!

Tasty recipe. I swapped the soba noodles for tagliatelle and added some sweet chilli sauce at the end. It is missing something, next time I will use more soy sauce I think
