Crispy Vegetarian Thai Sweet Chilli Quorn Fillets

Crisp coated Quorn Fillets served with a Greek style flatbread, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and house style salad dressing.

These Crispy Vegetarian Thai Sweet Chilli Quorn Fillets are a great quick and easy yet high protein! The sweet chilli popped crisps make a great crunchy coating for the succulent fillets. This vegetarian Thai meal is perfect for a meat-free lunch and is ready in just 25 minutes, what’s not to love?

Ingredients

  • 4 Quorn Vegetarian Fillets
  • 1 pack Thai Sweet Chilli Crisps
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 greek style flatbreads
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ a cucumber, sliced
  • 1 little gem lettuce
  • 2 tbsp house salad dressing

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees c.
  2. Crush up the crisps in the bag and pour onto a plate.
  3. Dip the frozen Quorn Fillets in the egg and fully cover.
  4. Then place the egg coated Quorn Fillets into the breadcrumbs and make sure the fillet is fully coated with the crushed up crisps.
  5. Place on baking tray lined with baking paper and pop into the oven to cook for 18 -20 minutes.
  6. Serve with a Greek style flatbread, little gem lettuce, tomato, cucumber and house salad dressing.
  7. Enjoy!
