Ingredients
- 1 Quorn Crunchy Fillet Burger, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 tortilla
- 1 flour tortilla
- 1 tbsp spicy vegan mayo
- 8-10 tortilla chips
- 80g guacamole
- 60g tomato salsa
- 20g shredded lettuce
- 6 slices of jalapeno peppers
- 50g grated vegan cheese
Method
- Spread 1 tbsp spicy vegan mayo on a large tortilla and place one Quorn Crunchy Fillet Burger in the centre
- Top with an even layer of tortilla chips, followed by a layer of the guacamole, salsa and shredded lettuce
- Evenly space the sliced of jalapeno peppers and finish with a layer of grated vegan cheese
- Top with the mini tortilla and carefully fold the tortilla edges round to create a wrap
- Place in a hot pan, fold side down. Cook until golden brown on the underside, flip and cook again until evenly golden.
