
Vegetarian Burger in a Bowl with Quorn Mince

Made with Quorn Vegetarian Meat-Free Mince

Ingredients
- 150g Quorn Mince
- ½ an onion, diced
- ½ a green pepper, diced
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Large handful of rocket/lettuce
- 3 large pickles, chopped finely
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1tsp onion granules
- 1tsp chopped dill
- 1tsp chopped garlic
- 2 potatoes, sliced into chips
- 30g of grated mozzarella & cheddar
- 4tbsp burger sauce
Method
- Make your chips by coating the sliced potatoes in ½ a tbsp of oil and air frying for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
- Meanwhile, fry off the Quorn Mince, onion and pepper in a large pan for around 5 minutes. Add in the chopped garlic, smoked paprika and onion granules and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add half the chopped dill to a pan, along with the chopped pickles and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Once all cooked through, add your chips to a bowl with the salad, Quorn Mince mixture, grated cheese and burger sauce. Top with the rest of the dill and enjoy!
