  • 12 Quorn Vegan Nuggets
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce leaves
  • 12 slices of tomato
  • 12 thinly sliced small red onion rounds
  • 3/4 cup prepared guacamole
  • 12 mini slider buns


  1. Prepare the Quorn Vegan Nuggets according to pack instructions.
  2. Assemble Nuggets topped with the lettuce, tomato, onion and guacamole in mini slider buns.

Chefs tip

Substitute guacamole for a vegan ranch dressing or tahini sauce if preferred.
