Ingredients
- 12 Quorn Vegan Nuggets
- 1 cup shredded lettuce leaves
- 12 slices of tomato
- 12 thinly sliced small red onion rounds
- 3/4 cup prepared guacamole
- 12 mini slider buns
Method
- Prepare the Quorn Vegan Nuggets according to pack instructions.
- Assemble Nuggets topped with the lettuce, tomato, onion and guacamole in mini slider buns.
Chefs tip
Substitute guacamole for a vegan ranch dressing or tahini sauce if preferred.
