Ingredients
- 1 pack of Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs
- 100g tortilla chips
- 1 handful of baby tomatoes, chopped
- 2 sweet peppers, sliced
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1 white onion, diced
- Large handful of grated mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (optional)
- Pickled red onions (optional)
- Jalapenos (optional)
- 2 tbsp smashed avocado (optional)
Method
- Add the Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs to the air fryer and cook according to pack instructions, once cooked set to one side.
- Add in some greaseproof paper to the bottom of the air fryer. Add the tortilla chips and sprinkle over all your chopped vegetables before topping with your Cheesy Nacho Nuggs and grated mozzarella.
- Air fry for a further 4-5 minutes at 200 degrees, until the cheese has melted.
- Finish with optional toppings and enjoy!
