Katsu Loaded Fries

Homemade chips topped with a Quorn Katsu Fillet, katsu sauce, red chilli and spring onion.

Try these delicious Quorn Katsu Fillet loaded fries for a tasty yet easy dinner idea perfect for a weekend treat. A crunchy panko coated Quorn fillet is topped with creamy, coconutty Katsu sauce, spring onions and red chilli for an extra kick!

  1. Slice the potatoes into chips and season with salt, pepper and olive oil and add to the air fryer on 200C for 15-18 mins, turning half way.
  2. Cook the Quorn Katsu Fillets as instructed, then slice.
  3. Place the fillets on top of the fries then drizzle over the katsu sauce.
  4. Top with sliced red chilli and spring onions and enjoy!
