Ingredients
- 1 pack Quorn Hot & Spicy Bites
- 500g Maris Piper potatoes, peeled
- 20 sprays one calorie cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil
- 50g low fat yoghurt
- ½ tsp. gochujang paste
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 30g kimchi
- ½ tsp. sesame seeds
- Coriander leaves
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C (fan)/220C electric/Gas Mark 7.
- Cut the potatoes into chips approximately 1cm thick. Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the chips in one even layer. Spray with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil and toss to coat. Cook in a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes add the Quorn Hot & Spicy Bites and cook for a further 16 minutes.
- Mix the yoghurt and gochujang paste in a small bowl.
- Place the cooked chips onto a serving platter. Arrange the Quorn Hot & Spicy Bites on top.
- Scatter over the spring onions, kimchi and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle over the prepared yoghurt and gochujang sauce.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy!
