Ingredients
- 146g Quorn Swedish Style Balls
- 1 onion/shallot
- 200ml vegetarian gravy (reduced salt)
- 60g reduced fat cream fraiche
- salt and pepper to taste
To serve (optional):
- Mashed potato
- Green vegetables, we used peas
- Lingonberry Jam
Method
- Heat up a pan and spray with a little low calorie cooking spray. Add your Quorn Balls and fry for 15 minutes.
- Once browned all over, remove from the pan and keep warm.
- In the same pan, add the onion and fry until soft and lightly browned.
- Add the gravy and mix in with the onions. Season with salt and plenty of pepper.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the cream fraiche.
- Finally, add the Quorn Balls back in and stir until they are coated in sauce.
- Serve over mashed potatoes and your favourite green veg. Don’t forget a spoon of lingonberry jam.
