Ingredients

  • 146g Quorn Swedish Style Balls
  • 1 onion/shallot
  • 200ml vegetarian gravy (reduced salt)
  • 60g reduced fat cream fraiche
  • salt and pepper to taste

To serve (optional):

  • Mashed potato
  • Green vegetables, we used peas
  • Lingonberry Jam

Method

  1. Heat up a pan and spray with a little low calorie cooking spray. Add your Quorn Balls and fry for 15 minutes.
  2. Once browned all over, remove from the pan and keep warm.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion and fry until soft and lightly browned.
  4. Add the gravy and mix in with the onions. Season with salt and plenty of pepper.
  5. Turn off the heat and stir in the cream fraiche.
  6. Finally, add the Quorn Balls back in and stir until they are coated in sauce.
  7. Serve over mashed potatoes and your favourite green veg. Don’t forget a spoon of lingonberry jam.
