Ingredients
- 1 pack of Quorn Spicy Tikka Strips (180g)
- 2 pitta bread
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 20g coriander, roughly chopped
- 200g Greek yoghurt
Method
- Prepare Raita: Mix the cucumber, coriander and Greek yoghurt together.
- Fill pitta bread with Quorn Spicy Tikka Strips and drizzle with raita. Finish by topping with cress and fresh herbs.
