Katsu Ramen with Udon Noodles

This quick and easy Katsu Fillet Ramen with udon noodles gives you the taste of a takeaway at home in 20 minutes! Simply bake Quorn Katsu Fillets in their ready to bake tray and use the sauce sachet to create a delicious, hearty ramen broth.

Made with Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets

High in fibre


  • 1 pack Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets
  • 100g cooked udon noodles
  • 4 spring onions
  • 8 small radishes
  • 150g shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 tsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp sesame oil
  • 1L boiling vegetable stock
  • Shichimi to top (optional)


  1. Cook Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets in their ready to bake tray according to pack instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the radish and spring onions and cook noodles per packet instructions
  3. Fry shiitake mushrooms over a high heat with 1 tsp sesame oil for about 5 minutes until golden
  4. This recipe serves 2, so to each bowl add 1/2 the whites of the spring onions, 1 tsp miso, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 sachet katsu curry sauce (from the fillets pack) and 1/2 vegetable stock.
  5. Finally add in your noodles before laying on your Katsu fillet, vegetables and shichimi
  6. Enjoy!
