Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillet Poke Bowl

This quick and easy Vegan Katsu Fillet Poke Bowl is bound to become your new favourite summer fakeaway! Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets come in a ready-to-bake tray with a sachet of delicious Katsu sauce, meaning you can get that meat-free fakeaway flavour at home without all the effort.

Simply add veggies and rice to a bowl before placing on top your Vegan Katsu Fillets and the coconutty Katsu curry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets
  • 300g cooked white rice
  • 200g salad leaves
  • 100g tender stem broccoli
  • 1 lime
  • 1 fresh red chilli, sliced
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Method

  1. Start by cooking your Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets according to pack instructions. Once cooked, slice the fillets into strips and set to one side.
  2. Whilst the Katsu Fillets are cooking, pop your tender stem broccoli onto boil for around 8 minutes.
  3. Assemble your bowls by adding the cooked rice, salad leaves and tender stem broccoli.
  4. Cook the sauce sachet according to pack instructions and add ¼ of the sauce to each bowl. Add your sliced Quorn Katsu Fillets to the bowl and drizzle another ¼ of the sauce on top.
  5. Garnish each bowl with ½ a chopped lime, sliced red chilli, spring onions and black sesame seeds.
  6. Enjoy!
