Discover our easy chicken curry recipe using Quorn Pieces to create a deliciously flavourful dinner. Super easy and super tasty!


  • 1 package of Quorn Pieces
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion (I used 4 small ones)
  • 1 tbs of cinnamon (or 3 sticks if you have them!)
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped garlic (I used 1 tbsp of powdered garlic as didn’t have anything else on hand)
  • 2 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup of chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
