Made with Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets

High in fibre


For the cucumber salad:
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar
For the katsu mayo:


  1. Cook your Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets according to pack instructions.
  2. Make your katsu mayo by combining all the ingredients listed.
  3. Make your cucumber salad by combining all the ingredients and leaving for at least 10mins before squeezing out the excess liquid.
  4. Load up your baguette with the katsu mayo, sliced Katsu fillets, cucumber, coriander and finish with sriracha if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
