Ingredients
- 1 pack Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets
- 1 small baguette
- Handful of coriander
- Sriracha sauce (optional)
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 red chilli chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 katsu sauce sachet (from the Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets)
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
Method
- Cook your Quorn Vegan Katsu Fillets according to pack instructions.
- Make your katsu mayo by combining all the ingredients listed.
- Make your cucumber salad by combining all the ingredients and leaving for at least 10mins before squeezing out the excess liquid.
- Load up your baguette with the katsu mayo, sliced Katsu fillets, cucumber, coriander and finish with sriracha if desired.
- Enjoy!
