- 4 Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers
- 100 g of french fries
- 1/2 avocado
- Vegan aioli sauce
- Salad
- Red cabbage
- Lemon
Method
- Prepare french fries in the oven as instructed on the packaging or from fresh.
- Cut the avocados into chunks and shred the salad and red cabbage.
- Cook the Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers as instructed on the packaging.
- Make a cone out of newspaper and fill with Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers, french fries, avocado, salad and red cabbage.
- Serve with aioli sauce and lemon.
