Buffalo Wings with Trio of Dips

Perfect for parties or a Saturday night in. Try our Buffalo Wings with three homemade dips - sweet BBQ and hot buffalo with a cool and creamy vegan yoghurt dip. Happy dunking!

Ingredients
- 1 pack Quorn Buffalo Wings
- Celery sticks, to serve
- For BBQ sauce:
- 120g ketchup
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 25g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buffalo sauce
- 50g maple syrup
- 50g sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- Vegan yoghurt dip
- 50g coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Method
- Cook the Quorn Buffalo Wings as per pack instructions.
- For the BBQ sauce: combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to low and simmer until thickened, about 5-10 minutes. Spoon into a dip serving bowl and set aside.
- For the buffalo sauce: Mix maple syrup, sriracha and white wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and spoon into a serving bowl.
- For the vegan yogurt dip: place all of the ingredients into a bowl, mix well and spoon into a dip serving bowl.
- Serve the buffalo wings hot with the trio of dips, celery sticks and get dunking!
